• Email verification is required. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 24 hours will be permanently deleted without notice.

Free Period

New accounts enjoy free access to all features until the end of the calendar month following the month of registration ("Free Period").

Premium Subscription

After the Free Period, continued access to premium features requires an active paid subscription ("Premium").

Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non‑refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings; Premium features remain available until the end of the current paid term.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service (e.g., account credentials and reading‑log data). For details see our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service may display information retrieved from the Google Books API. We do not control, and are not responsible for, content provided by Google Books or any other third party.

All software, design, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may use the Service only as expressly permitted in these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non‑infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rigóczki Tamás EV. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jász‑Nagykun‑Szolnok County, Hungary.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the Service or email before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
